Terry's Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

  • Ripe Mango peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup finely diced Red Pepper
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped Cilantro (optional)
  • 1 finely chopped Jalapeno Pepper (seeds removed)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Terry's Tropical Heat Unique Hot Sauce (more if you want it hotter)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
  3. Enjoy with grilled fish, fish tacos, crab cakes, or as a dip with tortilla chips. Also nice on pork.
