Ingredients:
- Ripe Mango peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup finely diced Red Pepper
- 1 green onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped Cilantro (optional)
- 1 finely chopped Jalapeno Pepper (seeds removed)
- 2 Tbsp fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp Terry's Tropical Heat Unique Hot Sauce (more if you want it hotter)
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
- Enjoy with grilled fish, fish tacos, crab cakes, or as a dip with tortilla chips. Also nice on pork.
