If You’re a Buffalo Chicken wing lover, you will have to try Terry’s Hot Chicken Dip. So simple to make. Just pop everything into the slow cooker and bring it to your next party.

Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Cream cheese softened
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles, divided (optional)
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken is great)
- ½ cup Terry’s Smokin or Original hot sauce (I used Smokin)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 3 green onions (for garnish)
- parsley, minced (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, sour cream, ¼ cup of the blue cheese crumbles (optional, chicken, hot sauce & 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Stir to combine.
- Lightly coat a 3-quart slow cooker with olive oil. Transfer mixture to the slow cooker & top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
- Cover & cook on LOW for 2 – 3 hours, until hot & bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining blue cheese (optional), green onions & parsley (if using). Serve hot with tortilla chips or raw carrot/celery sticks.
